Eligible U.S. e-bike orders ship from our California warehouse. Processing and delivery estimates, service areas, and exceptions are listed in our Shipping Policy.

Current TXED e-bikes sold on txedebikes.com are presented as complete-bike TÜV certified. Our About TXED page explains how certification fits into the manufacturing and inspection process.

Trail uses a 27.5-inch mountain-bike format. Maverick uses a moped-style fat-tire format with single- or dual-battery configurations. Maverick PRO is the dedicated dual-battery model. Use the model finder, then confirm the current product page.

Coverage varies by component. The current policy lists 13 months for the frame, one-year prorated battery coverage, and two-year prorated motor and electrical coverage, subject to its conditions and exclusions. Read the Warranty before purchase.
